Residential (Cincinnati, OH) 2018
We offer a variety of custom options including extension tables ranging from one (up to three) leaves for a transitional dining experience. Optimal for small households with big families that like to entertain, this custom cherry Shaker style table is 42” wide. It extends from 6’ to 12’ long and can accommodate up to 14 place settings. Suitable for tiny apartments and large formal dining rooms. We can adapt most of our bff table styles as well as accommodate custom designs.

Residential 10 x 12 Bookcase (OTR Cincinnati, OH) 2018
Brush Factory was called on to add a finishing touch to this three story Over-the-Rhine historic renovation of an old livery. We built a 10'x 12' bookcase with a separate counter to complete the home library. The finish was specified to match the existing "Snowbound" paint color by Sherwin Williams.
Empower Media Marketing (OTR Cincinnati, OH 2017)
Empower Media commissioned Brush Factory to design and build a reception desk, reception bar cart and cabinet partition walls that double as planters. Walnut and concrete were the material of choice to coordinate with the finishes of their brand new space. Designed by MSA Architects, Empower HQ is over 64,000 square feet and is now one of the largest employers in Over -the-Rhine which has over 200 employees.
Swoon (OTR Cincinnati, OH 2016)

Brush Factory worked with fashion designer and owner of Swoon OTR, Melissa Lieb to conceptualize and build Over the Rhine's first lingerie boutique. We worked with Melissa one on one to design the space and build the peg board fixtures, maple cash wrap desk, dressing rooms and re-upholstered victorian sofa in a lush copper velvet.

Brush Factory worked with the team at Drawing Dept. to realize the vision of Chef Ryan Santos for his restaurant Please in historic Over-the-Rhine. Brush Factory designed/built and spec'd the furniture, some fixtures and millwork including the tables, bar, bench seating and bar rails. We also fabricated some of the smaller accessories such as the front of house aprons and seat cushions.
Go Dutch (OTR Cincinnati, OH 2015)
Go Dutch is a creative agency in the heart of OTR. They were looking for desks and storage to match their contemporary interior space and existing walnut finishes. Cincinnati Art Museum for Jochen Lempert Cincinnati, OH 2015

This photo exhibit incorporates custom Parsons style display tables with acrylic vitrine tops. The white lacquered finish complements Jochen's graphic style of work while allowing the viewer to see the work an appropriate standing height.
Continuum Bazaar OTR Cincinnati, OH 2015
Table, desk and merchandise fixtures are solid maple using mortise and tenon joinery for long lasting strength and durability. Each wall fixture was custom made for Continuum and has a side panel lined with a luxurious powder pink faux leather. The back dressing rooms are also lined with faux leather and have heavy painted canvas doors.
Kitchen Huddle Table

This bar height Parsons style kitchen table was custom built for Graybach construction company headquarters. It is lacquered in the company orange!
People's Liberty interiors project

Historic renovation of three story office and gallery space at Findlay Market (2014 - 2015). Brush Factory worked with City Studios Architecture to select fixtures and finishes. We built over 45 pieces total for People's Liberty office and gallery space.
People's Liberty Huddle Table made of solid oak, hand turned splayed legs that are supported by powder coated steel brackets. Lean Two desks line the walls for linear clean work surface.
Salazar Restaurant and Bar
Salazar Restaurant is tucked away in Over the Rhine. The head chef, Jose Salazar wanted something to match his existing millwork. We fabricated these table tops made of solid Ash with a matching stained finish (2013)
